The toilet definitely saves on water. It is constructed very well and is quite attractive.
Since the bowl doesn't fill up with as much water as a standard toilet, you have to stay on top of keeping the inside clean.

We remodeled our black & white bathroom. It is fairly small with a large claw foot tub and a small corner sink(both quite old). The Rockton is has a much smaller tank which helps with the limited space. It fits nicely with the much older tub and corner sink. If you need a smaller toilet this is the one.

We bought it for our office building as we are in an area that holding tanks are our only resource. We have used way less water and have not had to have it pumped but every 6 months...great value all around.
