When it states 4 easy instalations process i expedcted that to be so that was not the case. i am no plumber but i have been working on trying to inatll this product for the past 2 weeks it has not gone well. maybe is hould have hired a plumber i do like the price of this item but do not know how it works hopefully soon i will enjoy the luxary of a garbage disposl.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
